Kara is a strategic leader with more than 20 years of experience in land use planning, real estate development, community relations, and organizational strategy. Her career spans complex development projects across multiple states, including destination resorts, mixed-use developments, workforce housing, and data center campuses.

Kara brings extensive expertise in land use planning, entitlement strategy, and community engagement, having successfully navigated complex regulatory and approval processes in some of the nation's most challenging jurisdictions. Her experience includes developing entitlement strategies, securing discretionary approvals, advising on land use policy, and working collaboratively with elected officials, planning staff, and community stakeholders on behalf of developers.

Kara is skilled at anticipating regulatory challenges, building community trust, addressing competing interests, and developing practical strategies that advance development objectives while responding to local priorities.
